Curious why you feel the cost of 502 vs 501 is worth it, especially if you are considering a 302.

One thing to consider is the instrument cluster. I know some people like the Lariat electronic instrument cluster but I prefer the analog/electronic XLT cluster. That and the Lariat didn’t offer me anything more that I cared about.

Agree with you on that. I have the Lariat and deep inside I was hoping (before even taking ownership) that there is some sort of settings to convert the digital tacho/speedo to analog. I do not like digital tacho/speedo, to say it mildly. I know this is the trend now days, not sure why. Old school, I guess.

@OP - keep in mind the Lariat does not come with Unleashed as standard., it comes with standard B&O with 8 speakers I believe. The Unleashed is an upgrade, including in the Lariat.

I’d have to build them out myself to be sure, but I’d think the price difference between these two would be a lot. I personally couldn’t justify higher than 302A, but I wasn’t looking for a lot of the bells and whistles. 12” screen and heated seats were enough for me lol

I was looking between 302A and 500A, ended up going 500A, as ventilated seats were a deciding factor for me. Yeah, homelink would have been nice, but not worth it to bump the price up more. If I lived somewhere cold, I'd probably be looking for options that made the truck warm; but went the other direction since I'm in Texas.

Made the truck warm? 500A has heated front seats too.

Yes, but not heated steering wheel, or heated rear seat. Just stating some of the options I was weighing when trying to decide if going higher up in the Lariat trim was worth it to me. B&O stereo and homelink weren't enough of a draw for me to step up to 501A, and I wasn't willing to sacrifice other options to be able to afford stepping up to 502A.

Same page. Ordered a 500A PB myself!

I really wanted the heated leather seats of the Lariat but the overall price put me in the 60s and that was way way too much money. I would have preferred the powerboost with the 7.2 gen and the assisted driving mode but for the price the xlt 302a was the way to go (3.5 eco). I still got the 12 inch infotainment screen so that made me happy. All in all given the price tags of these vehicles I really thought the xlt was the most reasonable model

The current gen XLTs are certainly not what the previous gen XLTs used to be. I agree, there's a ton of included value in these things at the 302A price point. I'm absolutely loving mine, it's exactly what I was looking for in a pickup.
