No fixed here yet. Dealer replaced APIM and antenna. You can go into the “audio test settings” and have it display your connectivity to the internet and also read out if you are connected to cellular. Mine is still not connecting to the internet.

No wireless car play
No connected vehicle features
No zone lighting
No internet connection.

I’ll attached a picture of the connectivity deal. See circled and zone lighting too

I started having the same issue - ie the wireless projection won't work (wired works fine) Also my screen freezes and resets itself about once a week. I did get 23-PU1113-UNX-DC update a few weeks ago so that may be it. Not having any other issues that I know.

I have made a few forscan changes (unreal engine, anniversary logo, climate bar). I haven't heard anyone indicate these simple changes are a cause.

Any thoughts on if having the unreal engine turned on thru forscan is creating an issue with wireless projection? My projection is greyed out (wired works fine) and I am taking into dealership this week to have them look at it as well as other regular maintenance

We're u able to get wireless projection being greyed out resolved? I am taking my truck in tomorrow. May be just an ota update that broke something. Want to check to be sure it isn't something like having the unreal engine being turned on in forscan.

Yes. I did a factory reset on the head unit.

Great news if that will fix the wireless projection issue and frequent rest. This is the procedure right? Thanks for the quick reply and help. Really appreciate it.

Yep. After you do the reset, log out of and back into the ford pass app (At least, I had to) to get your connected features back. The cell signal will change from the double lines to the double lines with the location triangle when they’re back.

YES this worked! Thanks MATE. I guess I should have thought about this. Connected everything back up. My forscan changes are still all there as far as I can tell.

It does load a hell of a lot faster now as well. No long splash screen delay. Hopefully will stop the reset issues I was having.

THANK YOU!! My 21 Lariet has been PERFECT since new with wireless connection of CP. Over last month its been spotty with sound connections. Then past few days it was giving me the no connection and requesting to enable mirror imaging whatever. Never did a thing no matter what I hit. Frustration! This bailed me out and didn't even need to contact dealer. Thanks a ton for easy fix. Works flawless again now all day in and out of truck.

Sorry to bring up a old thread but did you ever figure anything out? I just had the APIM replaced for the no update issues and now no wireless car play or Ford Pass (ford pass didn't work before the new apim) I'm wondering if they didn't connect something or program something right.

OOOHHHHHH MMYYYYY GOOODNEEESSS, WIRELESS CARPLAY IS FINALLY FIXED!!! THANK YOU @Northguy!!!

I’ve lived without my favorite feature for almost a year.

Sent it to the dealership last July and they said wait for a patch to come in October. Never came.

Then took it in Dec / Jan for new tires and had them update it (which would have cost me $250 cause it out of factory warranty but they forgot to tell me that so they ate it). But it still never worked. I gave up trying to fix it until now.

This was so simple. I feel like an idiot…
I guess I was nervous Factory Reset would take away a bunch of settings but it really didn’t. Just erased Bluetooth stuff. Even kept my radio stations.

Wow. Seriously, thank you!
