Windows up/down with the keyfob?

That’s interesting it use to work. Now the website is totally different. This is a screen shot I took from the website a while back when was trying to use forscan to get them active on my truck

I could not get global window function to work with forscan may try again. It would be nice but not the end of the world.

I have never followed this video exactly so I can't comment on if it works or not but It looks like he goes through all the motions required for "NON AS BUILT"

I must say, having a 25 without the keypad on the driver door, I always used my FOB, didn't have a choice. Global windows was a cool trick I used, as I always had my FOB with me; there was no other way to get in the truck. BUT, now that I installed the OEM Keypad on the driver door, I always leave the FOB in the truck and just use the keypad. Guess what, Global Windows is useless without the FOB in your pocket LOL I enjoy having all the options at my disposal though. Still trying to work out the tailgate button (missing on 25's)

Your vehicle MAY have the features. I think the "MAY" is the key phrase here. I can confirm that my 2024 PowerBoost will NOT close the windows with the key, though it will open them. The only setting for windows is to turn power open on. Oddly enough, I could open the windows with the key fob even though that setting was set to off.

At some point, I will connect via ForScan and try the BCM and APIM changes

I can report that even using ForScan, I was unable to get my windows to go UP with the key fob. I was able to add the option to my Sync4 menu. But turning that on or off did nothing. And making the changes to the BdyCM module Address: 726-22-01 also did nothing

Although I am not sure if I need to change the addresses in all the modules listed under that feature in the ForScan spreadsheet or not.

Also, there is a listing in the spreadsheet for 2021-2025 and also for 2024-2025, with slightly different changes to the addresses

Has anyone with a 23 lariat been able to use global windows without a forscan change? After I press unlock and then hold unlock for several seconds the windows do not come down.
