Looking to bring my truck in for APIM & TCU update, as well as have them address battery issue. Will they know I have used Forscan to alter the vehicle? Really only thing I’ve used Forscan for so far has been to remove the double beep when outside of the vehicle with fob, that’s probably about it.

I just don’t want them to have a reason to tell me to kick rocks.

Doesn't matter. The only issue is that if it hasn't been long enough for your settings to upload to home base, you may have to re-make your changes as they won't be present to reprogram post updating. Ford knows all changes people make as they're stored on their servers.

The question is does it matter, and the answer is no.

Thanks. Appreciate it.

Keeping screen shots or vids depending on just how much you're changing can help out if you break something. When I go on my forscan break-it benders I'll do a vid. Granted I can fire up FDRS and reprogram it if things get well out of whack or I don't feel like doing reversions.
