I would say something but like your experience clearly I would expect that response from the service manager. Unfortunately that seems to be the case with most ford dealerships they really dont give a s*** AFTER they sell you the truck......

some people may say its petty but I would leave a negative review where you can, in this day and age places live and die by that metric......just my 2 cents

Took my 21 for yet another recall (fuel Pump). After I got it back which they did nothing, I realized that my dash cam wasn't working. Upon inspection it was totally unplugged from the mirror. Would you go back and bitch about it? I have a picture of the mechanic in the process of unhooking it with greasy gloves.

No I wouldn’t complain. On their property they have the right to not be recorded.

While annoying there's not much you can do other than make the cameras less obvious to the techs. If they don't know/realize there's a camera then they won't go looking for it to turn it off.

With my old camera setup the dealer techs would unplug it every time I took it in. It was irritating to say the least. When that camera failed I got a smaller one and disabled the power up sound as well as got one of those connectors that plugs into the rear view dimmer harness. I then zip-tied it all up in a way that it's virtually impossible to unplug it w/o cutting zipties. The setup tucks up in front of the rear view mirror so unless you're really looking for it you'd never know it's there. Since doing that not once have they messed with it or unplugged it.

Told him been here many times before and its never been messed with. Asked him why the guy had dirty gloves and disconnected the cam while truck was moving. He had no answer.
Many people in this little town hate this dealer, unfortunately the next closest dealer is a 3 hr trip and owned by same company.
