YEP! I really wish I had this button on current truck. Also, I am afraid I am NOT going to have it on the new truck. I've seen the top row of buttons and I think on mine it will only be propower, camera, park assist, hazard, and hill descent (I think). I'm hoping they put it elsewhere because I really want to disable it when I have the "stinger" in the hitch!
Haven't hooked up to a trailer yet, but you can turn on/off the front and rear sensors via the touch screen.

I can turn them off via the steering wheel on my 2014 explorer. But I think it would be easy enough for Ford to disable the rear sensors if there is something plugged into the trailer pins.

AHA!!! You are absolutely correct, I just was watching this walk-through to kill time and the mysterious symbol shows up on the touchscreen while in reverse!! That is absolutely fantastic news for us trailer hooker uppers!

I wish that the trailer hitch view wouldn’t disappear when you shift into drive. It’s also super awkward to select it from the menu. Same thing for the bed view.

I’ve driven a Honda Ridgeline and selecting the various views is very quick and intuitive.

One nice feature is you can zoom in on a corner of the 360° view by pressing the magnifying glass on the truck icon and then touching the corner you wish to see.

The sideview mirror spotlights help too when parking in close quarters at night using the overhead view. They really should come on automatically.

One thing I am not pleased with is the calibration of the parking sensors, they’re just too cautious. If I am parking close to something, I already know that I am close, it starts beep when you are pretty far away, the ‘yellow’ alert really should be the distance that the ‘green’ alert comes on and when it shows red, you’re still about two feet from hitting anything. So if you want to park close to something or are maneuvering in tight quarters, you still have to do it the old fashioned way.

The way the sensors are set up, they are pretty much only useful if you’re a soccer mom who shouldn’t be driving a truck. Even then, they’ll find a way to hit something anyway.

On my truck, the rear sensors won’t work with the tailgate down.

On my all of my other somewhat recent F150's as well as my 2019 there is a setting for the backup camera delay so that it does not turn off when shifting into drive until you are moving 5mph.

The reverse camera stays on after shifting to drive but the hitch view disappears immediately.
