What is in the latest OTA Update

I got an email saying there is a Sync 4A Improvements coming. How can I find out what the update (improvements) are?

I received Power Up OTA 4.2.1 yesterday, right after getting all the batteries fully charged. The truck had gone into deep sleep during the 2 weeks I was gone on a sea cruise.

After running the truck for 8 minutes while it charged the batteries, I changed out the heater thermostat in the TT. During that time, 4.2.1 downloaded.

There’s a few threads about that email. It was sent incorrectly to all f150 owners. We have sync 4 screens. 4a screens are the large vertical ones in the Mach e and lightning.
