Chrisp993, excellent summary! The dealer I'm working with - Granger in Iowa - has new car sales as a profit center despite selling at invoice price, further reduced by holdback (3%) due to these other sales support contributions.

Jack, I'm also looking forward to picking up my 2021 F150 Platinum from Granger ASAP (y) however it's been stuck on the infamous Ramp 59 since mid-Feb :(

Seems to me that Granger's pricing clearly reflects an attempt to scoop up the FPA, AA and (I'm sure) volume-based bonus incentives ... and good for them! Likely also shows us that the FPA and AA are available on custom orders, since this seems most of their business and again, my guess is that's the $$$ they are targeting? I know they are trying to drastically increase volume above the "normal" for a small rural dealership with their approach on the F150 and Bronco - and are definitely putting the effort in with straightforward, incredibly competitive pricing and their contribution here and elsewhere online. Hope it works out well for them!
