Are the box cleats with this rail system just as strong or can support as much as weight/force as the original box link cleats that stay in place? Thanks again!

I’m not sure if they are just as strong, but I could see them hold their own. I don’t recall but I think on the site it mentions max load on the cleats.

Took it in to the dealer for the paint work to be fixed after my wiper decided to do a kamikaze death roll in the rain and scratch the pillar and door paint as a result of the dealer playing with the wiper for the recall.....

Now rolling around in a 2023 XLT 5.0 loaner.. quite a different experience... column shift, small screen, black headliner, weak A/C... seems to be a smaller turning circle and a little peppier to drive although I REALLY miss my lariat seats, their adjustment and all my little things like not actually having to pull my key out of pocket to start the thing...

I must be getting old....

Since I haven't run the wires for the seat heater/cooler yet, and I was tired of mismatched seats, I swapped out my driver's seat.

From the factory:

Passenger seat and center console replaced:

Driver's seat mismatched with a Tremor seat I swear I was gonna wire up:

Driver's seat now with matching Lariat leather (plus 12" screen and removal of column shift):

By the way, those eBay seat skins? Jerks cut the zippers on the seat back leathers. I've got safety pins holding my passenger seat together.

Swapped out the Lariat Sport grille with a BAP grille I bought off of @KPRED. I also bought his amber Raptor lights but waiting on the harness to be delivered so will have to wait to see how they look. Next week will be adding gloss black fender vents to match the grille and eventually new wheels to tie everything together. Would love to swap out my heads and tails with BAP/Tremor ones but may just tint mine slightly and roll with it.

Of course my wife and kids had no idea it was a different grille, but I still love them anyway. They just don't understand.

I removed my RetraxMX Pro and installed a DiamondBack HD. What a difference!! Just had a huge storm go through, hail, tornadoes, high winds…..afterwards only had maybe half a shot glass of water on one corner. The Retrax would have soaked the bed. Then, being Illinois all that froze a few hours later and the DiamondBack STILL OPENED!!!! The Retrax MAY have unlocked. No way it would have opened.

One of my aero shields got torqued somewhere along the way. Thankfully it didn't twist the body panel. Put on the "deletes" and I like the look a lot better anyway.

Had my Lariat fender badges wrapped in gloss black vinyl to match the BAP grille I installed over the weekend (the "F-150" and "Lariat" were already Plasti Dipped). I also installed amber Raptor style lights.

It turned out great! Still need to figure out where I want the physical switch panel. I have the cord dangling out of the headliner and the upper console out of the truck! I followed the upper cowling over the motor and mounted the relay box on the fuse box lid.

I have wire loom on order to %100 complete it! Will post pics then. I’m just not sure where to mount the switch panel! Any ideas?
