Hi guys! I had four new OE Hankook tires installed on my ‘22 XLT with the 157” wheelbase. Long story short, was chasing some vibration issues since 20k miles, only decided to get new tires at 32k because that’s the first thing to cross off when investigating this. The four new tires made the issue better! It’s definitely smoother and not as noticeable. But, the main vibration that I’m feeling, seems to be mostly while slowing down or coasting up to a stop light. It doesn’t feel like the brakes are the culprit because it happens when my foot is off the brake pedal, and off the gas.
Any ideas of what it sounds like? Anyone else experience this? Going to be going back to the dealer in the coming weeks, and I hope to have a direction I can share with my service mgr.

Hey there. I can look into your F-150’s vibration concerns on my end if you’d like. Will you send us a private message with your VIN and dealership info?

Hi guys. Was your issue resolved? I'm seeing a similar issue with my 2021 F150 Lariat Powerboost with 35k miles. There is a rubbing noise and vibration at low, parking lot speeds (<20 mph), but it goes away at normal driving speeds. It is most apparent while decelerating to a complete stop and it will happen randomly when crawling through parking lots. Only seems to happen in forward gear and in neutral, I haven't seen it in reverse.

I also don't think that it's my brakes because the vibration doesn't seem to change whether I brake hard or soft. The noise is hard to hear from the outside, or at least through my open windows. It is much louder in the cabin and I can feel the vibrations though my feet.

I've seen other forums talk about the IWE, but the rubbing noise that I have doesn't really match the grinding noise of a bad IWE. The vibration seemed to start when I needed to use 4wd this past winter though, so I won't completely count out a bad IWE.

I'm using the OEM wheels and tires. Since the noise/vibrations are somewhat random, I don't think the tires or fender lining is rubbing on anything. I would also think that a bad wheel bearing would produce a more consistent noise.

The vibration behavior is also the same when the truck is in either full electric power or hybrid-gas power.

Might be hard to tell here, but I tried to take a video of it. Sounds like an airplane is over head but that’s the noise.
