Having the same issue with my turbo squeaking like a hamster wheel whenever I turn on, once the truck balances, and when the truck is turned off. Any updates on anyone else? I have it at the dealer right now.

Unfortunately, you are probably going to be met with "normal operation as the F-150's are known to be noisy". You may be able to talk them into applying high temp grease to see if that helps solve your issue, but as other have posted on other threads, it is temporary. I just spray mine every 2-3K with high temp grease I found on Amazon that was highly rated and the noise has been gone for several months now. It takes 30 seconds to spray it and then I am good to go. Sucks to have to do that, but after 3 visits to two different dealers I got no where other than it's normal operation.

My consistent argument to them is if the high temp grease eliminates the squeak, then something needs to be added during the build process to prevent it from squeaking.

I will tell you we have 3 PB's and 1 EB in the fleet at the company I work for and all of them are 2021-2022's and none of them have ever had a squeak and are over 20-30K miles at this point and they are driven hard. One of the top reasons I got a PB because of the way they drove, sounded etc. However, my 2023 has had a handful of small-ish issues that have drove me crazy that the dealers don't seem to be concerned about. I FINALLY got one fixed this morning that I had posted about in another thread for a squeaking sound when revving the engine or driving up to 30mph. Turns out after being turned away a couple times for "normal sound of a PB" I finally convinced them to put the truck on the lift and tell me where the sound was coming from. Turns out, the sound was from two heatshields that were rubbing against something and a bolt that wasn't tightened at all from the factory. Adjusted the heatshield and torqued the bolt and that squeak is officially gone. Love my truck, just small annoyances that should have a fix,, but don't, and that is the frustrating part.

Thank you. The dealer is fixing an exhaust leak right now and then plans on looking back at the turbo noise again. They initially said it could be the actuator since there is a dealer note on it. I’ll have them check the same issue that they did with yours also.
