I was going to say the same thing. Mine is a 24 and working great now , but I called the dealer about this "Customer Satisfaction Program 25B08" and they asked if it was leaking. I said no , then they said just wait till it does !!
I was expecting upgraded seals or something but no

I'm dealing with this right now as my 2022 F150 Tremor 402A is sitting at Mac Haik Ford in Houston. My sunroof started leaking RIGHT before i hit 36k miles and I took pictures and even called the dealer i bought from about it and they gave me no good reason to deal with them. Pretty much told me that the customer is usually charged to repair leaking sunroofs. I then checked all the drains (clear and not clogged) and cleaned them out anyway. tore apart the headliner to look for leaks and anything wrong and i didn't spot anything that i could see was the reason water was coming into the small round speaker above passenger front seat.

Now Mac Haik Ford is telling me even with FORD warranty and my extended warranty (MPP) they are not covering the leak because they think its the weatherseal on the front glass and that is not covered by any warranty. They are telling me this:
"Good afternoon! They have looked at your vehicle and it is the front sunroof glass seal leaking. We will need to replace it and it is $1694.98 to replace that. Parts are 1-3 days out."

My State Farm insurance has glass policy on my coverages at $0 deductible and i've used it a couple times for windsheild replacement. But there has to be visible damage for the insurance claim. Now i think i'm just going to pick up my truck and take a closer look and pictures because the pictures the dealer sent me dont show ANYTHING.

Yeah when we got our Tremor Expedition last month I ask about the extended warranty and the sunroof coverage and was told up front it would not cover the seals.

Have you see. The YouTube videos from Seals of Perfection? They got one on the water coming from the speakers from a small bracket.

All sunroofs are made to allow water to seep past the seal. The more dirt that gets trapped between the seal and roof the more it will seep. All auto makers know this yet they do not tell you that you need to keep the seals clean and lubricated to keep them in good shape and to keep the drains clear. Ford even has a technical bulletin (attached) on how to keep it in good condition that they don't give you when you purchase you truck. I guess they figure if you don't keep it clean, the drains will clog from the dust and dirt, the water will build up causing damage to the mechanical parts faster and water will leak into your vehicle and yes they can charge these ridiculous charges.
I too didn't want a sunroof when I bought my KR last year, but Ford doesn't give you the option to eliminate it. So, it was either buy a lower trim and add all the options that I wanted plus to accept the standard options that I didn't want, like black interior. So I consoled myself that I would have to clean and lubricate the seals and make sure the drains are clear. It only takes about 30 mins. and I do it every 6 months.
Personally, I'm surprised there has not been a class action lawsuit about this since this is such a big issue and the auto makers and dealerships don't advise or warn customers about this. Which is costing customers lots of money.
