Valve cover leaks

My 2016 5.0 leaks oil around the spark plug tube. I've tried replacing the seals twice. Both times making sure to insert the seals correctly (it seems backwards to a typical rotating shaft seal)and making sure that the tube sticks above the seals by about 1/32nd inch so I know they're around the tube not on top of it. (Are they supposed to be on top of it?) Both time I used felpro gasket sets. I also have a leak around one VCT connector. I've been careful to use a little grease so the seals slide easily around d the tube. What am I doing wrong????
