Upgrade Rear Seat with fold down armrest?

Has anyone upgraded their rear seat in their XLT to have the seat back with the fold down armrest found in the lariat? I would like to do this. Any part numbers or information is greatly appreciated.

You need a new seat back frame. I did it. Like @fordhouston said it’s fairly expensive for the mod. Because you have to buy a new seat cover.

The other issue is I’m not sure the xlt offers a rear fold down arm rest I think it’s lariat only.

Least expensive option would be pulling the entire assembly from a wreck if you can find one.

Yes, basically the entire back half of that section of the rear seat. If your getting it from a junkyard, I would just take the whole thing because removing the leather from it isn't going to save you much (if anything) and you would still need to install the piece that you have for that section. If you are buying new, obviously, just purchase the pieces that you need.

I was thinking this same thing. The are really cheap new take-off larait seat leather but the assume you have the fold down arm rest seat.

One other thing I saw some listings mention that they fit the B&O headrest. Not sure if that is an issue

It's looking like best case scenario you're gonna spend $400 assuming you have the least expensive color combo. And that's just for the seat pad and arm rest base. I'm certain there are more parts than just those 2 required.

As mentioned a few times on here, AND I mentioned it to you on the other forum, most likely you'll be better off buying this from a scrap yard

Dont be made I went to another forum for other opinions David... LOL. Yes at this point it looks like trying to find a junked Lariat is my best option, although unlikely at this point.
