before I found out Ford even sold the plastic barricade, I just took a piece of walnut, rounded the edges with a router and fit it inside the seat mounts. I thought the walnut looked at home in the brown KR interior.

This is a rediculous ask... But does anyone know the size nuts I need to get at the hardware store in order to double nut those studs to try backing them out from the top?
And follow up to this... What size bolts to put back in from top down to fill the holes?
I also am trying to remove the box from a 24 XLT. Much rather prefer full floor space like I had on my 22, with seat up for my dog.

My 24 has this while it’s a good idea I don’t use it. But im leasing my truck so I can’t really remove it. The one issue I have is since I don’t use it it’s always folded up and when I put things in the back, it’s so freaking slippery. Does anyone know do they make something rubber eyes that sits on top? I do have the winter floor mats in, but they are shorter since it came with the truck and I had the storage bin from the factory. I’m not sure how well the longer rear floor mat would work over the top of the storage bin.
