Trim illusion door handles and mirrors caps

I recently purchased a set of door handle covers and mirror cap covers from trim illusions. I have only seen some of you guys do the handles and they look great. The mirror caps don’t have as clean look. I have attached pics of the lines going through them. What do you guys think, once sanded will this be less noticeable or is it going to look bad once painted to match space white. Thanks!

That's just flashing from mold intersections. Yes. sanding it will make it invisible.
