Built before 8/22 so that might be the one. Description sounds pretty spot on for what I’m feeling, plus some of the rumbling like I said earlier. Unfortunately waiting a month for an appt. I’m going to call a few other dealers and see if there’s a sooner appt available.

Thanks a ton, I love these forums!

I wanted to see if anyone else is experiencing this or is it just my truck so I can get it looked at. Anytime I start my truck after it has been sitting overnight or parked for hours while I am at work, I have this happen. Right after starting it, if I put it in to drive and try to drive it, the engine will rev up, but the truck will barely move. The best way I can describe it: It feels like a manual transmission with a badly worn clutch that is slipping. I don't know if maybe it takes a bit for the fluid in the transmission to get circulating before the torque converter can do its job properly, but I don't remember this being an issue when I first got the truck, and I know for a fact in other vehicles I have owned, this was not an issue. I am due for an oil change anyway, so a dealer visit is in the near future, but I wanted to see if anyone else has noticed this. If not, then I know something is not right.
I'm having the same exact problem, been having it since new. And dealership says it, it's normal. I've got 40,000 miles on it now.

I don't drive much......mine has a bit under 24k miles now and it still does it. My truck is tuned and I drive it hard. I tow every now and then, too. Nothing has blown up yet.
