Trailer Mileage Never Accurate

Has anyone had any luck using the trailer mileage info and found it to be accurate ?

I've had to update it manually a couple times before this recent trip and it still doesn't keep track properly.

Yes, it always prompts to select trailer when connecting it. Yes, I always select the same trailer from the saved trailer list when connecting. No, there are no errors when connecting trailer.

Example from recent trip this past week and I did not make any adjustments to the trailer menu mileage, yet it was all over the place and not even close to being accurate:

Last year for a hand full of times I pulled my TT it didn't track on a few of the trips. I just gave up on it. I haven't travelled since I've had the last trailer module update.
