Hi,
I have a problem with tpms system.
After replacing the tires, a TPMS system malfunction warning appeared on the dashboard and the tire pressure was not displayed.
I tried to reprogram the system using both procedures described in this link — first post.
https://www.f150gen14.com/forum/thr...procedure-ford-perf-part-m-1180-433mhz.32134/
and I was unable to do so.
I tried to start learning from the left and right sides, deflate tires almost to 0. No effect.
In the second procedure, I used a TPMS activation tool—perhaps it is too weak to do the job?

I also found information on the Internet that sometimes it is necessary to reset the telematics module by removing the fuse. This did not work either.
I have no idea how to deal with this problem.

After replacing the tires ....
Are you 100% certain that your OE TPMS sensors were retained and not damaged?

Any chance that the OE TPMS sensors were swapped for some other by the tire-change shop?

Hope you find a solution, Good Luck!

The F150 is a rare model here in Poland. I have never seen another 14th generation model, so I think the sensor will be useless to someone in a workshop :)
If one or two TPMS sensors are damaged, should the car display the remaining correct values?

First have you scanned the vehicle for codes?

If any sensor fails you should still have the others displayed. The vehicle should just display check tire pressure or something similar. I dont think its a sensor problem.

This is where you need a professional tpms tool or at a minumun an obd2 scanner that can read the fault codes. The tpms tool would be better because it triggers the sensors, reads the data transmitted, and can read any related trouble codes. The tpms tool I have cost me over $600 USD but it's a touch screen and can do full obd2 diagnostics. The other model that is wired obd2 still cost $239 USD so its not cheap at all.

Unless you have the need for the tool its not worth purchasing one I would start out by getting all obd2 codes scanned and go from there. I hate to say it but it may be best to just take it to a shop that has the proper equipment.

I have the Forscan program and there are no error codes.
I was just about to ask if it was possible to use another scanner to check if the sensor itself was damaged, but I read in your post that this is possible. Tomorrow I will go to a tire shop and check it out.

Is it possible that you have the wrong frequency sensors.
Ford changed the frequency in 2024.
I had to get new sensors for my summer tires when I bought my 2024.

No, the sensors are original, only the tires have been changed.
