Question: the recommended pressure is 35 psi which is used for daily. Does anyone inflate the rears higher to tow? Say, 40 - 43 psi, and does that work out okay.

I put my back tires at 42psi when towing my boat trailer which is about 8000 pounds. It definitely helps. My previous 2016 F150 was a 5.0 and had 18" wheels and it really needed it. My 2022 PB has max tow with 20" wheels and a bit lower profile tires so they seem a bit stiffer but I still notice the difference when I go to 42psi. I also have the RAS (Roadmaster active suspension) on the rear springs which helps as well.

I have essentially your truck specs including 20" tires with similar WDH, though my trailer is a bit heavier at 6200lbs dry. I still have the OEM hankooks (recommended 36 psi). When I pull the trailer I increase pressure to 45psi. Very anecdotal, but I believe it helps towing so continue to do it. Don't see the downside of higher pressure when towing. I did based on lots of recommendations from this forum and have liked the results.

44 for all 4 fourners. Rides like a truck and is more efficient.

Hadn't considered inflating all four above 35, just the rears.
