Truck has stock 3.31 gears, anyone with this gearing have an issue switch up to a larger tire? Looking at a 295/70r18 (34”)

Are you towing like your title states? If yes then you will notice a huge hit with bigger tires and towing. I don’t recommend anyone gets less than 3.55 if they plan on getting bigger tires and tow.

Yep, you'll take a likely noticeable hit on both mileage and rate of launch/acceleration. The heavier the trailer and/or the larger the frontal area the more you'll suffer.

Personally, if talking about towing a full-size RV I wouldn't do it, but to each their own.
