Thinking of Selling my Tremor

So true! Interest rates are unreal right now. I don't really need to sell it, but there are other things I want to do without struggling financially. I am looking to put another $15k in my solar system, renovate the house a little and pour some concrete. Although I could gradually do those things, if I could sell the truck it would go a bit faster...I have 4 vehicles, soooooo. Don't get me wrong, I am in love with the truck. But doing those aforementioned things would be more helpful to the family and the truck is just for me.

I get it 100%. I have 4 vehicles as well and a looming kitchen remodel. I have toyed with selling the old F-1 pickup (in my avatar) to put towards the job, but every time I walk past it I get a pang of guilt, lol

I think you will get about 52 for it from what they are selling near my area.With ford offering employee discounts to everyone I don’t think you will get all the money out of it.I don’t think tremors are included though but people are going to go for the discounts on xlts and such

KBB is higher than that. I will keep it before I let it go for that. Which, in this market, that may be what I will do.

To be honest, the items you've added would be of zero value to me so I'd offer you a low price for it because I'm going to need to find factory parts to replace what you've done plus the labor in doing so.

I bought a heavily modified vehicle before. I traded everything for their OEM parts and cash. Worked out in my favor, but annoying as hell.

Before I sell any of my vehicles, I put them back to stock. I'll even pull the bed cover.

Not to be a dooosh, but this sounds like a "you" problem. Why would you buy something modified that you planned to revert back to stock then complain about it? He could just tell you "no" with your low-ball offer and move on. This is why I hate selling used vehicles. I would rather trade them in, get the tax savings, and not deal with this type of "consumer-ism".

I think he would get his price a little easier if it was back to stock and then sold the accessory items separately.

Have you tried entering the info into carvana like it’s stock and another with modified suspension? That could give an indicator of if it’s worth it right now and if its worth it to remove parts and sell them.
