For the price of changing gears in the rear to 3:73 you prob can find a 9.75 3:73 direct bolt on and 8.8 front in the bone yard for cheaper and do it your self.

At one time anyway the 8.8 was available with the 3.73 ELA. That’s what my 2016 F-150 had.

There is at most a 6% greater circumferance with the 34" tires and so no need for changing out the gears. If you were towing a 10,000 lb trailer in the mountains, then having 3.73 gears would be important.

It is also less of an issue with the Ford 10-speed transmissions that have 3 overdrive gears. The key is having the engine operating within its narrow power band and that was much more difficult with 4-speed transmissions or even 6-speed with a single overdrive gear.

What puts a lot of stress on the drivetrain is lifting a truck and changing the angles for the propeller shafts and putting more stress on the spindles and other suspension components. Lifting a truck is a great way to make it less reliable and perform worse off the pavement.
