I’ve received 3 of the ssn messages spread out over almost 4 months. Each time I’ve noticed odd data on the ‘My Trip’ message. Like this one that after I pressed the start button a second time to rid the SSN message it showed my current trip was 1.7 electric miles and 11+ minutes long. Clearly not the case since I wasn’t able to leave the driveway.
The second pic is a message I received on my Ford Pass stating remote features were disabled to save battery since I hadn’t driven it in a while. Not the case, I drove it the day before.
I‘ve shared these with the dealership and he told me he will have his master tech hop on the Ford tech forum and see what he can find. But in the meantime does has anyone else seen this kind of weird data and more importantly does it mean anything?
