I ended up adjusting by the tie rods. Took several times but I finally got it dead center. I couldn't get a dealership to fix it.

In your case it looks like you need to lengthen the left side and shorten the right side by the same amount. Mark the tie rods and start with half turns or quarter turns. I started with a full turn and it was way too much.

Was it very difficult to adjust the tie rods? I recently did a coil over leveling kit and got it realigned after wards. I’ve got the Raptor wheel so maybe now I just notice it more but the wheel is off to the left. I don’t want to go back to the dealership for just this little thing. I’d just much rather do it myself how I want it. Attached is a photo of going straight. I can’t tell if it looks as much as it feels sitting there.

it was not difficult, but you need to be very careful. Make sure to adjust both sides the exact same and a small error can result in a big difference.

in your case you need to lengthen the left tie rod and shorten the right by the same amount. I’d try a quarter of a turn, maybe less. And adjust from there

Mine was off a little to the right after I installed my leveling kit. Then I took it in for a alignment and that got it back to normal

Mine seemed to have no change after my leveling kit but I went for the alignment anyway. I’ll probably try once more at Ford again to fix that.

I had to adjust the tie rods myself after an alignment they get it with in spec on the machine but don’t always adjust the steering wheel perfect. It’s pretty easy like said above just do small adjustments probably a quarter turn or less is all you will need.

Dropped off at Ford this morning and picked up later this afternoon. Wheel is dead on center now. Easier to do it this way honestly and much less risk.

If only I could be lucky enough to live near a dealership that would be willing (able?) to do so.
