I don’t full time but I have a small capri camper I use often that weighs in at like 900lbs dry. My payload is right at 2000lbs since I have a SuperCab and the truck handles it fine but it did sag the rear. I added RAS to my rear springs and it helped a lot with the sag and sway
I had to adjust the tie rods myself after an alignment they get it with in spec on the machine but don’t always adjust the steering wheel perfect. It’s pretty easy like said above just do small adjustments probably a quarter turn or less is all you will need.
Yeah I reached out to them beacuase they are pretty firm on the small stuff so asked if they were digressively valved and they said yes. I heard they were similar to Fox also that’s why I was surprised
RC shocks are valved digressively so they will be firm on little bumps and should be smoother on larger type of whoop style bumps or the faster you drive them usually they will get softer. I have there vertex 2.5’s and they are firm over little bumps and imperfections but on larger stuff they...
Is it possible to add the tailgate step to a regular tailgate or would I have to just get a new one with a step? I’m getting a camper and the step would be super useful.
Yeah I would use it to recharge my power station probably it pulls a 1000 watts it’s just nice to have because it wouldn’t be able to charge it with the standard 400w one
Thanks for the reply I just responded to your DM. Where did you get the sliders from definitely need them. Skid plates will be next probably and DV8 actually makes a really nice bumper for these trucks for about $1k. Since the video I did cut out the front crash bars and spaced out the bumper a...
Hey guys new to the F150 platform but I've done multiple overland builds with different trucks and excited to start on this. Im always on the search for the perfect platform I know it doesn't exist but I like trying new setups out. So I bought the truck used its a 2021 XLT supercab 302a High...
Cool that’s what I wanted to know if it brought your rpm’s back to near stock. I was going to stay a hypertech or sct tuner should be able to correct the Speedo I believe you can even put the new gears into the tuner
I have a SuperCab with 5.0 4x4 and I average about 22+ but my drive to work is about 30 miles and on highway that has a speed limit of 60. On regular highway doing between 70 and 75 I get about 20 mpg. Truck feels plenty fast but I’m coming from a gladiator that was on 37’s
Thank you appreciate it very much I’ve been trying to find info on this offset since icon has a sale on there wheels right now I’m definitely going with it
