I recently ordered over 1500 dollars of stuff from @Stage3Motorsports website. I received 1 of the five items and all but one was in stock items. That was 11 days ago. I have reached out to them about this and I’m being drug along about checking with their supplier. Obviously the items weren’t in stock or they would have already shipped. Now they are telling me they are waiting on an answer from supplier on whether they shipped or not. Why does it take days to answer this question. Sorry to drag the company through the mud here but I feel this is unacceptable.

I find this to be a normal state of business with most of these aftermarket “sellers” who are actually nothing but third party middle advertising and sales. They stock actually very little or nothing at all in many cases just drop shipping directly from manufacturers when orders are placed. I just use them as a catalog and go straight to the manufacturer for purchase or if that’s not possible almost every manufacturer uses Amazon to sell direct.

Yeah thought I would support a vendor on here and found a lot of stuff I liked. I found the items on Amazon and they would have been here in 2 days. I guess you live and learn.

Did you try to call stage3? I called Joel the other day and got him immediately.

I did not call yet that was my next step. I’ve been corresponding through email.

Samantha was helpful for me. UPS couldn’t verify my address so my suspension was in ups purgatory for a week.

99.9% of places are just drop shipping from manufacturers these days.

Stage3 shows whether or not the item is in stock and how long the wait time may be.

Not sure why the OP is complaining.
If the products he ordered said they were in stock and its taking longer than expected, i get it.

But if OP was under the impression everything he bought was in stock and stuff isnt shipping, thats on him.

I ordered the Ford Performance Sill plates a couple weeks ago. It said they had 12 in stock. The day after I ordered, the item shipped out.

When i ordered my Ford Performance Tuner from Stage3, i called them to ask how long the lead time would be even though the website said 0 in stock 10-14 days..
they told me they were expecting a few in sooner than that and had no orders.

maybe i've been extremely lucky with Stage3 but i've had no issues.
but i will say their customer service can be slow unless you call.

Quite a few times, I’ve ordered parts from different sellers. There’s nothing more irritating than ordering something that is stated to be in stock and then it’s not. In my luck in the past it’s always one damn part that keeps you from it installing something else.

When I run to that contact them directly, but it generally never use their services again.

If you want a bad experience with an online order, I give you Summit Racing. Normally a good place to buy from. I ordered a Warn winch for my wheeling truck. In stock etc.

Then Crickets....

Nothing but Crickets....

Until I call them. After a ton of messing around...they discovered the order had been cancelled..... Nobody told me. They couldn't figure out why either.

But they had a solution and everything ended up well.

all of my items but one had a maximum shipping time of 2 days it’s been 12 days now and no shipping info was relayed.
