Not quite sure I understand what you’re getting at here. All OEM wheels, spare or not, are hub-centric which means they will all have the same 87.1 mm center bore. So they would all be compatible with the spare tire hoist under the bed.
jasonkosi, thanks for commenting and asking your question. My apprehension is the hub bore on the MY24 OEM 20" wheels is 2.5"/63.5mm while the spare is the 87.1mm bore you referenced. My 2012 RAM 1500 OEM 20" wheels had a hub bore that was too small (2.25") to allow the flange on the hoist to fit through the wheel and I had to carry a full-size spare in the bed on hunting trips. I pulled the F150's steel spare and measured it. The the flange which was 2.3" wide, so it should fit through an OEM wheel but will be tight.

Ford's warning of 2WD only and speeds 70 mph or less are based on the 18" spare (on the right) not having the same diameter as the OEM 20" (on the left).

I did find that some of the Ford OEM 20" alu wheels from 2004 to 2010 have the same specs (6x135 with 44 mm offsets) with the 86 mm hub bore. I will pick up one of these for a spare. With its lighter weight and 86mm hub bore, it will be easier to handle. I already have a good 20" tire off the spare on my RAM.

I have Method 17x8.5, 0 offset wheels with BFG 285/70 17’s. I bought a 5th exact match (except the spare is black while the others are grey). For me if I get a flat, it’s because I’m most likely off road, and I want an Offroad spare to get me home. The factor spare wouldn’t make it 100 yards on some of the trails I drive. 2nd reason for a matching spare is that I have Camburg UCA’s which a factory spare would have hit when mounted. 3rd reason. If you have larger diameter aftermarket wheel/tires, and you get a flat on the rear and put on a smaller spare, I can’t imagine that’s good for the rear differential running a small on one side and large on the other. (Just thinking of my old Subaru STI days)

Found several of these 20" alu wheels (2006-2010) at local salvage yards. Prices ranged from $100 to $200+. These are the exact same specifications as 2024 20" including a 86mm hub bore, 44mm offset, and appeared to come mostly on King Ranch trims. Make sure you call and verify availability as 1/2 the yards had stale listing. Several on eBay were listed as "remanufactured" and Amazon had them "new" for $240 but the wording did not give me confidence that it was a Ford OEM wheel so bought local to see what I was getting. Drove on it for a day to make sure it was good to go and well balanced.
