This comes from the "So what? - It doesn't matter!" file folder.

Like everybody else, I occasionally get ticked-off or disgruntled at something, but on the flip side, I am amused at how I am sometimes so easily pleased or easily entertained! THIS is one of those cases.

A year or two ago, I installed a rear sway bar from Hellwig. Yesterday I installed a rear differential cover from Ford Performance (yes, I know - the one from Spicer is cheaper). They match! How cool is that? (Like I said, I'm easily entertained!)

That’s interesting considering the parts come from two different manufacturers.

speaking of your sway bar, how do you like it? Would you purchase it again?

AGREED! That's what I found so interesting! Pretty lucky!

Yes, I am extremely happy with it - it made a HUGE difference in how the truck handles these hilly curves that are all around where I live. My only regret is that I didn't do it sooner.

There are several manufacturers making sway bars for F-150s, and any of them should achieve the same results. All have some small differences, there are pluses and minuses to all of them, so it becomes an individual choice. But yes, I'm quite happy with it.

What I don't understand is how that swaybar can be so clean after two years on the road? (He stands in slack-jawed envy)

It's also not that they match, but that the coating is a cool textured finish instead of just plain old black.

Retired and not looking. I am driving the wife crazy.
Rear sway bars are well worth the price, as is an upgraded front.

Nice rear cover - pretty and functional too - I have that as well. Did you use the 9.75" lubelocker gasket?
