I’m having an issue with my SiriusXM and I’m wondering if anyone else has experienced this. Basically I have a SiriusXM subscription but the “listener profile” feature doesn’t appear to be working and my subscription doesn’t appear in the SiriusXM settings. When I click the “manage” button I get a message saying to call SiriusXM to subscribe. Everything else works fine. I hear all the stations and can access the on demand stuff. The 360L toggle in settings on. Called SiriusXM and they said it’s a ford issue. Was at the dealer for something else but they couldn’t figure it out. Not a huge deal since I can listen ok but it’s still annoying that it’s not working as it should. I do use the app as well and they say my 360L listening history should sync between the two but it doesn’t. Any ideas?

I am not sure of the verbiage but you can contact SiriusXM and have them send a refresh code to your truck. That is what I have had to do. Just a thought.

Feel fortunate that you were able to get Sirius-XM in your truck. I wasn't in late 2022 when I bought mine. I have to use a Rube Goldberg arrangement of using my cell phone to receive it. It sucks, frequently cutting out due to lapses in cell phone reception.
