FWIW, after your suggestion I attempted several times to go from Settings to Nav, still did the "Maps is loading..." with the circle just spinning.

Well crap... my SiriusXM is back to the loading thing again. And the preset icons have disappeared and now back to just text (not back to SDARS... yet).

Just make sure the apim top line looks like tgis

If you have forscan post the top line of as build of the apim

By reset, do you mean APIM soft reset, master reset, or module reset in FDRS?

I do have forscan, I'll grab that line in the morning. Gotta get the kids to bed. Appreciate it

nt time I say reset I mean soft reset. I will say Master reset if I mean a master reset.

Has anyone else had this issue? When I try to change audio source to SiriusXM, there is no audio and it continually displays "SiriusXM loading...". In the SiriusXM area of the settings, it doesn't provide my radio ID. Seems to have started after receiving the 4.2.1 update. I have a 3 month paid plan with SXM and was working before. I've tried switching between sources, restarting the APIM, and attempted a refresh via the SXM support page without success.

edit: not sure if related, but Navigation doesn't load either

Ive had a small issue twice. I was driving and the radio switched from Sirius the FM by itself. The next day when I started the truck ,it did the same thing.Whatever it was seems to have fixed itself. I hope you get it resolved.

Confirmed that it does look like the above and did a soft reset. Should I attempt another PMI or config?

If the APIm is that currently and its not working.. You may need to actually try a ,aster reset.

Post the ACM as build..

If it looks good you may have an issue with the update.

Bumping my old thread - still no resolution. I haven't taken it in to a dealer yet (kinda waiting until the windshield wiper recall parts are available), but I did update all the available modules via FDRS.

In diagnostics, the SiriusXM menu is blank.

All my previous SiriusXM presets now show SDARS:

Radio ID is missing:

And navigation is still loading:

I bought a 2-day license for FDRS, any thoughts on procedure(s) that I can perform? PMI?

Attached is the ACM as-built (also attached APIM).

Using As-Built Compare, the only ACM change since 6/16 are as follows: (1st is from today, 2nd is as-built from Forscan on 6/16, 3rd is Ford's as-built on 6/16)

I attempted the master reset was unable to get the SXM back (again) nor the Navigation.
I attempted a PMI again and it failed with the same "GetFlashActionPartNumbers" error.
When asked if the original module was in, I selected "no"
I attempted the config and it completed successfully. I now have SXM and preset icons (for now). Not sure why I lost it after getting it back yesterday - so far it seems to be sticking after a soft and master resets.
I still don't have Navigation - tried to go Settings then Nav back and forth several times.

I think my APIM may be shot or partially failing (like failing onboard memory).

I also compared today's as-built ACM data against my March 2022 as-built download, these are the differences:

Did you ever get this resolved? My truck is found this after 6.2 install. I could change first line of apim to get it going then it would not work after a few key cycles again. Dealer updated all modules worked for 20 minutes and back to sirius xm loading.

Same here. Had the 6.2 update but the truck was stuck on an update after that and then SiriusXM went to the loading screen. I tried the radio reset and APIM reset with no good luck. If I load an older APIM saved file, the SiriusXM works only for a few key cycles. I have not been to the dealer with the issue since I was hoping to see an OTA that would fix it plus the dealer is typically not helpful. Been watching to see if others were having same issue. Not common from what I have seen.

There was an issue with the 6.3 update didnt load all the files. I had to make updates for a few people to fix it

If you have the files handy, that would be amazing. Not sure if the truck will even try to reupdate. It appears the OTA updates are still not perfected.
