Service History Records - FordPass

I see a lot of people talking about the value of the Service History on FordPass or Ford's Owner website. Every single one of the entries from my dealership - whether it is for an oil change, warranty work, or a recall - just list "Scheduled Maintenance" or "Other" under Services Performed. This, obviously, is not helpful at all. Fortunately, from day one I have scanned all my receipts into a Dropbox file and additionally kept maintenance records through Fuelly, but am curious what are other people are seeing under their Service History records. This is the record from when I had my axle bolts/axle shafts replaced.

My FordPass has been like that since Dec 2021. I keep my maintenance and repairs logged in a google sheet with actual details as well as the vagueness of FordPass. Then again, I have been using google sheets for all our vehicles for about 18 years as this is my first Ford.

Ya its less than helpful. Even more so when you see a cost and it is different for the same "service" a couple months apart.

From what I’ve seen, the only way to do that right now is in the Ford Owners website. Hopefully the folks at Ford responsible for the app will get their act together sooner than later.

Ford Pass took that option away from us but you can still enter any self-service completed on truck via your account through Ford.com.

So, I purchased via amazon.com bulk oil and a bulk 12-pk of oil filters. I assume those receipts will suffice for proof of oil change? to be safe, I also took pictures during the oil change... will Ford and extended warranty accept that as proof?
