Roush black twin exhaust tip

Has anyone tried or think it’s possible to install this Roush twin exhaust tip on factory PB exhaust, I know it’s meant to be Installed on Roush cat back exhaust. Just curious if cut factory pipe back and either utilize hanger or cut hanger off. I’m big fan of this look. I have factory chrome tip. It’s only thing chrome on my truck. Thanks!

You should be able to do that. I added the black ford tip. Waiting for my Roush cat back. Ford uses 3 inch so Roush or single Ford tip will work.

yeah I seen the FP exhaust tip as well which is definitely nicer than stock chrome tip. I kinda like twin tip look more. I’m just questioning if that hanger that’s attached to the exhaust will line up with factory hanger.

Never mind I checked. It’s in completely different location, least on the Powerboost.

I think this is one is very promising, would just have exhaust shop cut and weld it.

Do you have pics of this installed? And did you have to cut the stock exhaust tip shorter to make this fit?

The Roush system goes down to 2 1/2 inch for the the twin tips. So I couldn’t use the ford tips. Mine came chrome so I ordered the black tips. You should be able to buy the 2 tip and y connector to add the dual tips. It’s all bolt on
