I had a Maverick when they first came out and loved it, but even these are starting to get pricey with the redesign and new price increases. Kinda crazy that you actually have more legroom in the backseat of a Maverick than you do a Ranger though...
Ya, i just don't like the fact that the clipper leaves a massive indention in the sun visor. Also, my truck doesn't fit in the garage and i don't want to leave my clicker visible to any "ne'erdowells" who might be walking through my alley at night.
To each their own :D
No need for an adapter with the Toyota rear view mirror. Only the Kia one.
Also, YOU CANNOT REPLACE THE BATTERY in the frameless mirror. When it’s out it’s out, but it’s supposed to last for at least a decade.
One thing I hate on new cars is having to clip your garage door opener to the sun visor or having to had it in your sunglasses holder or center console.
I searched these forums for fixes and I found that you could either add the buttons to your sun visor (which I can’t do easily because mine...
Literally JUST replaced my wipers yesterday and still have paper tags on my truck. I bought the new RainX Silicone ones and they are awesome. Pricey, yes, but i think its a worthwhile investment to be able to see while its raining.
I would also suggest "coating" your windshield in some water...
Thank you for the prompt replies. Two additional questions...
1. Where is the best place get get a new OEM leather steering wheel for a '24? Did a quick google search and saw one on Amazon for $229.99 but states it only fits 21-23 F-150 models. Same for one I found at a dealership. I assume...
Interested in this as I've had my '24 for three weeks now and this has already happened to me multiple times. All but one on an incline. No idea why Ford would allow the E brake to engage when not in park....
Unfortunately I couldn’t convince my wife to take the bronco or I would be in the same boat as you haha. She hated driving it… hardly had any cup holders and tough to fit our two car seats in the back :)
Agreed. I’m on the Bronco forums too and it seems like every day something is wrong with the broncos haha. Granted, I take that with a grain of salt bc forums are hot beds for diagnosing problems, but still.
Got a steal on the 2.7. I don’t tow hardly anything and do a lot of highway driving so the V6 suits all my needs. Also gets better gas mileage than my bronco so that was a part of why I wanted to trade it in.
I do like those Ranger Raptors but I think the coolness factor will wear off in a few months when the road is flooded with them, just like the Bronco. Bigger, more comfortable and better resale value with the full-sized F-150 is definitely the right call!
