General opinion on the look.. cheesy or cool? I like them and think they add a rugged look to the F150? Thinking of ordering some.. but just looking for overall thoughts?

Also, do they help provide any additional protection from car doors opening into your truck?

It's really personal preference. Just be on the lookout for the ones that are recessed / can hide dirt or retain water. Not worth the additional cleaning time if poorly designed.

Leave the pop rivets and fender flares for the people driving the rusted out Chevy's, Toyota's and Ram's. Be proud to show the world a vehicle that can go more than 5-6 years and NOT have rusted out fenders and cab corners.

Definitely not a fan of riveted fender flares. They always look like someone is trying to hide their rusted out fenders.

Flares without screws make it easier to remove the flares for a prospective buyer when it comes time to sell the truck to the average adult.

Firm no for all the reasons already mentioned. They aren't necessary on an aluminum F150.

I like them on the right truck, the F150 ain't that truck imo unless you are going 6" lift, etc.

But it's your truck so do whatever you'd like.

Will hurt resale value ... plus looks kind of dorky in my view ... but we live a in free country! At least you didn't ask where to by those 6" wheel spacers and ridiculous tire/wheel combinations ... or best way to squat my rear end! Again, we live free to do what we want ...
