General opinion on the look.. cheesy or cool? I like them and think they add a rugged look to the F150? Thinking of ordering some.. but just looking for overall thoughts?
Also, do they help provide any additional protection from car doors opening into your truck?
I have a 2022 F150 XLT purchased used. But ready for first oil change. I am coming from a 25+ year old vehicle, that I would change myself or just run into Valvoline to have changed.
Since this is a newer vehicle, still under warranty, do I have to have the oil change complete by the...
So, I purchased an after market key fob. Programed it as a 3rd key to my Ford F150. However, one of the buttons is not working and looking to return it. But I really don't want to return it programed, as this would allow access to my vehicle. Any suggestion on how to reset/un-program a key...
Yes, exactly my thought - and plan moving forward.
I also only received on Keyfob when I purchased used. I have since got a second one from the dealership - laser cut, programed, etc..$400 later.. I have now have 2.
Are you ever worried about the missing one that is floating around...
Gotcha - thanks for the info.

Thinking just in case I would ever lose it.. I would still have the original...

Since it seems the 2 ADMIN KEYFOBS are very important, as many require both.. that you would not want to use that for you routine/daily.
Thoughts?
I tend to think about how this takes away the longevity/life span of the screen.. to turn on/off all the time. Like turning on your tv, off.. all the time, for no reason. Maybe that is my 'old brain' thinking of older technology tho.
I am new Ford truck owner and everyday I seem to have another question.
Situation:
Without the key fob close, or engine off - just sitting parked in the garage. When opening any of the doors, the center display, and the driver display start.. showing the Ford logo.. and stays on.
Is this...
Yes, the button inside, over the lights, does lower the tailgate. And the button on the Key Fob lowers it. But the interface from the Sync 4 system - gives me that error.
I own a 2022 f150 XLT.
I am getting this message when I attempt to change the setting for the Power Tailgate. My key fob works fine and releases the tailgate. So, I assume I could change this within Sync 4 system, but always getting this error? message
"This Setting Isn't available right...
