I received my F-150 PB in Nov. 21. About 3 months in I received a message in the display that I had an issue with something, “Drive Control Fault, Service Required”. The problem was diagnosed as a wiring issue with the ride height sensor and was repaired. About a month later I had the same fault message show up and it was also for the ride height sensor. Since then the truck has been in several times for the same issue. Yesterday the dealer was attempting to replace the module. When registering the module to the truck all went fine on the first step but step 2 hung up at about 85% written. My understanding is that step one was the ride height module and 2 is connected or related modules. Anyways, the result so far is that the truck is unusable for now.
Now, it is important to note that although this problem has been ongoing, I feel that the dealer has treated me well and that they will now have the issue fully resolved soon. They have given me a loaner vehicle and the dealer has escalated the problem to Ford of Canada.
I am posting this for information purposes and to see if anyone has had a similar issue or any insight into the problem.
Thank you.

Yes Fredm2002, after over 2 weeks at the dealership and lots of back and forth between ford and my service technician they were able to completely resolve the issue. It turned out to be corrupted software straight from Ford. One hour after getting the corrected software, the truck was repaired.
Although am not happy with the length of time and amount of effort that went into this for a simple software fix, I am pleased with the outcome. The servicing dealer and in particular the technician, were great to deal with and they kept me updated throughout the process.

Kevin, that is great to hear. I do beta testing for several tech companies and sad to say that even after millions of man-hours from people around the world, to test it there can be problems.
