The truck is on Sync 23159 which is just one version behind the latest. OTA history shows it got a pair of updates in May and nothing has been sent to it since then, which is normal with the way OTA's work on these vehicles.

Yes, there an update that somehow broke the camera button; I don't remember which one as that was a while ago. If I remember correctly, it can be re-enabled with FORScan. Maybe someone with a better recollection of that issue can chime in.

Hey brother. You could have looked me up over there. Was just helping out a guy on there earlier today. In your case, you are only showing two updates for the door modules. It also shows you got GWM update 24-PU0223-VI-RBS on 5/2. That's believed to be part of the fix needed for you to be able to get passed Sync 23159. Right now, PTS is not showing any more updates for you, but I don't fully trust PTS for these things. Remind me at 7pm eastern when I'm home to check FDRS.

Hey brother. You could have looked me up over there. Was just helping out a guy on there earlier today. In your case, you are only showing two updates for the door modules. Your APIM was replaced in May and you have gotten several updates since then. However, your truck is still in a Sync version from 2021 and is VERY behind. It will take a long time for the OTA process to get you caught up. Now that your APIM is out of the bad software, I recommend you look into FDRS and getting up to date yourself. Once you are caught up, the OTA process will be able to keep you caught up. The older updates you need are pushed out very often.

You've had IPC update 4.3.2 fail 3 times due to some server error I haven't seen before. Not sure what this means. You may have to try and ask your dealer to do it. The older IPC updates were very problematic for 2021 trucks including my own. I had to push that one and the 2.73/2.74 IPC updates myself with FDRS because they would not install OTA.

Modules pending update are below. The latest IPMA software for our truck is ACJ, so you are not on the latest. This IPMA update is only available with FDRS; it is not being sent out OTA.

You are only showing updates pending for the IPC and driver/passenger seat modules. I am not sure what is included in the IPC update for the Super Duties, so can't say if it is worth spending the $50 to get it.

Ah you must be @Snakebitten friend. He sent me your VIN and I checked it for him, but here you go. Your truck was sent OTA 3.5.4 four time, but it failed every time due to not being able to download one of the files it needed for the update. The problem seems to be on the server side of things. 3.5.4 is pretty old, so you are a bit behind.

I do indeed consider BlownF150 a good friend. I'm a little bit stunned to see him pop up here with a Gen14 though. I say that because he built perhaps my favorite Gen12 F150 of all time. So meticulously thought out, and then tested/proven in use multiple times.

I'm thrilled to see him here though. But dang, those particular 2014 F150 shoes aren't going to be easy to fill. Lol

@rugedraw Thank you! I wonder if it matter that I'm a canuck for what you see dealer completed wise? Carfax shows some service history (pre-delivery, oil changes, etc.).

Nah, that doesn't matter. I can pull VINs in any country in the world and as long as it was done at a Ford dealer, it pops up. If the maintenance was done outside a Ford dealer and that establishment reports to Carfax, then Carfax will show it and PTS will not.
