Hi I’ve had my Powerboost for over 5 months now and have yet to get an update. I have my wife’s Mach E on my app as well and can see that car get frequent updates. Can someone please check to see if anything stands out? 1FTFW1ED5PFB88970. I started getting the low SOC fault/remote start disabled notifications last week. Thanks in advance.

No recent OTA history in PTS. Modules pending updates are below. The GWM is what you need to kick off more OTA's. Nothing wrong with the truck; just gotta wait for the OTA process to get to you.

Last OTA you were send failed back in February, but it was too long ago and the details are no longer there. LIst of pending modules is below, but something seems off with your truck. Did you ever have your APIM replaced or did you do a screen swap?

No OTA history in PTS either and you are behind. At this point, I would recommend FDRS to update the truck yourself.

Ok great (but not really). It makes since since the PO only put 6K on the truck in two years and didn't seem to be the kind of person to realize he wasn't getting updated when he should. Going to reach out to a someone local on here about borrowing a mongoose adapter, but if that doesn't work out I'll get on the list.

Congrats and welcome to the forum. The last OTS attempt on this truck was mid September and it was APIM update 23-PU0274-DOM-RS. It failed repeatedly due to low batter SoC. You are behind, but not terribly behind. I don't have access to FDRS until I get home from work to check for pending modules, but unless you plan on going the FDRS route to do them yourself, that list is not useful to you anyway.

Thanks regedraw! I'll have to check, but I assume my battery was charged or replaced so I think I should be good for the OTA to come through again. I suppose there is no way of knowing when the OTA will be attempted again?

As for FDRS, I have started looking into it and will have no problem making the updates myself if there is benefit too it. I understand there is the upfront cost of the adapter and license, so I'd just have to see if the module updates I do require would be worth the expense. If you have time to grab the info that is great, and if not then no worries.

Last OTA you got was 3.5.2 back in May. The next update you are due is the one that gives you full-screen capability. Eventually, you will get more OTA's, but when you will get them is a mystery. I will always recommend the FDRS route to anyone who asks.

No recent OTA history. For the super duties, you seem to be behind by one Sync version. I don't know what you haven't gotten any updates in a while, but you are not missing anything you can't live without.

Thank you for looking this up! I bought this 2022 F-150 XLT exactly one year ago brand new and shortly after that I received the "Ford Power-Up 3.5.2" update and it said "This update will set you up for future ones to come" on the screen. I have not received another update in almost a year. I am connected to WiFi (with a strong signal), have auto updates set up, and have tried several protocols list on this forum. I never had the APIM replaced or screen swapped. Do you have any suggestions on how to move forward? I greatly appreciate any feedback you can provide.
