FYI you do have updates showing.I would appreciate a lookup for 1FTFW1ED3NFC17962. Built in October and delivered March 17. I’ve had it connected to my Ford Pass app for several months. I went by the dealer and they knew less than I did. I’d really like to get full screen CarPlay working. Thank you for helping so many of us.

Can someone check mine? I had some corruption and had to take it to the dealer. Truck was locked up and not able to be driven for 20 minutes. When I let it sit for a while, I was able to get it in gear and I took it straight to the dealer. They told me they updated everything to the latest, but I don't think so. It has been a month since that, and Fordpass show no updates since October.

Mine is there now. After a mobile tech from dealer was here and said there is no update available (which is wrong), they asked I bring it in. As of 10am this morning, they called me with the same message: no update available (which is wrong). So they are still working on it, hopefully following the TSB instructions. Who knows what will happen.....Can someone look at mine again and let me know what you are seeing? 1FTFW1C58MFB84810 I just talked with Ford, and they said there is an update pending and it has been for some time. I just don't want to go back to the dealer if I don't have to.
