Can someone check where I stand. Had APIM replaced early January and dealer said all waiting updates were done. When I look at Sync it still shows version 21146, revision 145 which is where I was before the replacement. Thanks

What would you like checked? Is that a current list of FDRS updates for your truck? If you're on Sync 21146, you are definitely not up to date.

Check current updates available, the lists were what was outstanding before the APIM was replaced. Just curious if they really updated those and where I currently stand. I have never received notification of any OTA updates since new. Thanks

Ah, I getcha. I don't have an active FDRS license to check for you, though.

It seems the dealer tried to perform a module repair process on your APIM, but it failed twice. I cannot see what Sync version you are on now. I am not sure if they made things better or worse, but it doesn't look pretty to me. What Sync version does your touchscreen say you are on?

It's at 3.5.2 but sat on the dealer lot for literally 6 months waiting on a recall and I have a suspicion that some updates may have failed....

Dealer says it's up to date and there's no updates available.

No updates since October, on 2.7.x (not in truck to confirm final version)

A couple months ago I was advised by the forum wizards that I was stuck on the bad release. It was serviced and went to 1.7 and I received a few OTA updates after that but I’m still way behind.

I want to have some facts before I take the next steps. Thank you.

you had 3.5.3.2 queued last month but it timed out. you are on 22012 so hard to say if you are stuck or just slow to get updates

while you are bit behind @ 2.6 and 22177, does appear that you are receiving ota
