1FTFW1E52MKE14667 never seen an update since I took ownership. Took to dealer and was told APIM was replaced, still nothing I can see. No version number in app or in settings, just says “up to date”

I can see that you had the apim successfully earlier this month. they did PMI the module but no version is showing in oasis. FDRS

You are on Sync 22177, so you are a few updates behind. No OTA's currently in your queue. Nothing you can do but wait for Ford to deem you worthy of the next update.

Your dealership (or at least the tech your truck was assigned to) has no idea what they are talking about. I see they did hook up your truck to FDRS and performed a network scan, so they for sure law the long list of updates available for your truck. It is possible that they did not see an APIM update on that list. However, in some cases, other modules have to be updated before the APIM update pops up as there are some updates must be performed in sequence. The fact that you do not full screen capability is enough to know your truck is not up to date.

Thank you for the quick reply! I did get the sense that they did not have much experience with this type of issue. I'm starting to think that I should try a different service center.

The main issue is that Ford does not pay dealers to update modules and this is a process that takes hours. You will most likely get the run around or be told you are up to date even if you aren't because they do not want to work for free.

No, I do not have an active FDRS license to check. Someone else that has one will chime in soon, though.

I have ‘21 Lariat 501a. It hasn't received an OTA update since Oct 2022. That was Power-Up 3.5.2 stating Alexa was coming. No updates after that, no Alexa, etc. Looking to see what my truck is missing.
