I would love anyone willing to help.

Just bought a ‘23 platinum powerboost. Trying to figure out what updates I’ll get and when. It says my next update is 6.2.0 but I can’t tell if that means it’s coming eventually, or if it’s trying to download/install it now and just not being successful.

Last OTA you got was APIM update 23-PU0724-DOM-RS on 9/19 and nothing since then. I can check FDRS, but it will have to be much later when I get home to my laptop.

Nope, nothing. Very strange. Meanwhile I had a failed OTA 4 days ago and nothing on my screen and nothing in Fordpass. I've seen a lot of people mention these weird update messages, but it is usually after an update. In your case that you haven't seen anything since August, it's extra strange. Post a pic of it when you can. I'm just curious at this point.

Anyone know why OTA 6.8 doesn’t install. ? My truck keeps saying …”update rescheduled” I have been trying to update now and even tried changing the schedule to get it to update. It’s been over a week now? Any suggestions on how to get it to update or possible issues? My truck lights are all off. Emergency brake on. Doors locked etc.

Same reason it fails for everyone else. Low SoC/battery capacity. In your case, capacity is not being recorded terribly low, but the SoC is. Throw a good charger on it overnight and try again tomorrow. If that doesn't work, fully charge the battery to 100% and then do a BMS reset.

i have a charger / maintainer. What do you recommend i do to charge the battery? Red with red. Black with black? 2Amp? Etc. also how to I reset BMS on 2021 power boost f150exactly? And when do I do it exactly
