Rear bilstein 5100's are great, should I do fronts too?

It’s been a month since the installation so I don’t have more than initial impressions. I also changed out the Hankook OEM tires for Falken Wildpeaks which will factor into my impressions.

The ride feels more planted with 100% of my driving on hard surface roads. I have not carried anything more than 100lbs in the bed at any one time. Unlike the ride on the stock shocks, I feel more of the road but it’s not too much to complain about. The tires probably influence this impression more than the 5100’s.

Have any of you with the 5100s on the rear noticed an increase in height after installing? Curius why Bilstein advertises 0-1" lift for the rear.

I doubt the shock lifts the rear. That would be some major gas pressure.
They ARE tough to compress to get them in though.

But the length supports a truck up to 1" lift in the rear

The 4600's are the shocks for the 2wd trucks? 5100's say 4wd only. I just want to get the rear less bouncy. I will say, though, the F150 is way better than the Rangers- they are ridiculously bouncy.
