Has anyone had any luck getting this recall work completed? I got a letter from Ford factory in October stating that parts were available. I called my local dealer to schedule the work. They came and picked up my truck, called me an hour later stating they did not have the parts. That was 42 days ago and when I called yesterday they stated that they still did not have the parts and did not have an ETA as to when they would be received?

Yep, see the thread linked above, parts availability seems to come in fits-and-spurts still.

Hopefully your dealer isn't holding your truck while waiting for parts - there's no reason for that.

I've yet to suffer a bolt-break on my 2022 Lariat, I continue to drive and tow without worry, patiently waiting for more widespread parts availability, confident that day will come eventually.

Curious OP, you called them about the recall, they came and got your truck then returned it saying they didn’t have parts? Maybe service should have checked with parts first?

Got mine done in mid Oct parts were ordered back in Sept.
Now if they would fix the hard 3, 6,8 downshift problem I would be good.

No kidding, the service appointment was solely to do the recall work and nothing else. I was kind of befuddled...this dealership is new to me since we just moved here in June, so I'm trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. The quick lane service for oil changes is very good, no appointment needed.
