RCM U2300:55-8b code

I've had this code causing air bag light. The dealer has replaced both the ECU and the RCM and have not been able to resolve this issue. The service manager mentions that the RCM is not communicating to the ECU. I am able to see the RCM module within forscan. The service department is waiting on hearing back from some regional tech guy who can help them. I back tracked to see when I first got the air bag light and found that it was the next day from when I changed the tire size in the BCM in order to get my speedometer corrected. Is there anyone here who has experienced this type of problem or knows where to go next? Thank you.

My bet is you changed the wrong thing in the BCM .. There is a bit in that line if you change it will cause the AIRbag light.

I put in wrong digit in forscan trying to fix speedometer. That gave me the airbag light.
