My 1st build Platinum with full recline seats has a ghost in the lumbar supports. It is at the dealer now for the 3rd time. Almost every time I get into the truck the lumbar supports are set differently than it was left. When I try to adjust one support, one of the other supports usually changes also. This makes it very frustrating to get it back to where I want it after it changed itself. The last time it was in they changed the seat module, no improvement. Does anyone else have similar issues?

I had exactly the same issue with my 2021. I think it had something to do with the profiles, remote starting the vehicle, the easy entry/exit function and just total confusion of all of those things. I couldn't figure out a rhyme or reason for what it did. I just got into a habit of hitting the first preset button every time I got into the truck.

The problems got a little better when I deleted all of the driver profiles and turned off easy exit/entry. It still got totally screwed up when I used the remote start.

I haven't had the issue with my 2022...fingers crossed.

Only time I’ve had an issue is when I turn off the truck while the massage function is on - every now and then the lumber is set to a random spot when getting back in

Ford had the dealer find a like truck and see if it did the same thing. It did not so now they will start with replacing the part that they already replaced and go from there. At least they are not saying it is normal.

Mine randomly changes while driving. It will deflate out of nowhere.

The truck is still at the dealer, over 2 months now and still not fixed. The factory and the engineers are still going back and forth trying different things. I finally got them to give me a loaner car but i miss my truck.

Did this ever get fixed? I have similar issues with my 2021(January 2021 Build) King Ranch Powerboost among several other BS issues("Service Charging System" errors, rough shifting in 3rd, "Please Wait" on the screen everytime I start up that never goes away on it's own, transmission can take up to 2 seconds to switch from Reverse to drive, center work service console lid falls on my hand...I'm leaving things out).

Memory works about 1/5 of the time. Also, does the passenger seat not supposed to maintain whatever lumbar settings were made. Seems stupid a seat would lose air everytime it has sit for more than a few hours. I do have the keyfob programmed and I have replaced the battery in the remote.

Nope, mine is still at the dealer since middle of January. They told me blue cruise software is available for it and asked my permission to install it. If they move the seat controller to the passenger seat it works fine, put it back in the drivers seat and it looses air. They have both fobs and are reprogramming everything the last I heard.

I got my truck back! The lumbar settings don't stay all the time, when the truck sits. It doesn't fight me trying to adjust the settings anymore. I think they updated everything and they installed blue cruise for me. I noticed that there is now an extended timer setting for the power running boards. Something I've wanted. The blue cruise works on the freeways when I use the cruise control.

So did you just give up on fighting with the issue? My 2021 platinum has the same issues. I brought it to the dealer and they just updated the driver seat module which did not fix the issue. I then got fdrs and updated the entire truck and still have the same issue.

I noticed that on my 24 KR, when I turn off the massage seat function, the lumbar support seldom goes back to where I had it set. I have to hit the memory 1 button to get it back to where I want it. While not really a nuisance, if I am driving, memory 1 won't work due to the truck moving. In which case, I need to wait until the next stop sign or red light to put it back.
Just one of many weird "glitches" this truck has. As complex as these things are, I guess some glitches are to be expected.
