Random Hole In Carpet & Loose Screw

Folded up rear seat behind driver in the 22 Lariat I just bought to find a circle cutout in the carpet with no threads or anything underneath & this loose screw.

Anyone recognize or know what it is for? The metal under the cutout in carpet is flat with no opening for anything to screw into. Weird.

That's the same screws the door speakers are held in with, not exclusive I'm sure but I don't recall seeing them anywhere but the door speakers as of yet. Most of the others are black. The only other zinc colored screws were the bolts holding the hand holds on. There's 2 nuts and a bolt of the same color holding the factory sub in as well (and the bottom of the amp mounting bracket). That looks like a door speaker screw though.
