I hopped in the truck just now and was greeted with this. I do have an extended warranty, but I'd like to avoid a trip to the dealer if I can. Any thoughts?

Check front camera connection. Wiggle the wire might be a good start.

It hasn't had this issue since. Seems to have been a one-off. I'll report back and check into further if/when it repeats.

I have this same issue with my bed camera intermittently probably going dealer route. Check out this thread, someone had a similar issue with a mirror cam—issue was water post hurricane. Keep us posted.
They fail often. Mine had acted up for a year and then finally went out. It's a pretty fast swap, dealer just needs to order the part.

Check the front camera connection -- if it's connected properly, the camera is cheap, but getting it out requires grille to be removed. Not a difficult process. You don't need to separate the grille and the shutters, you just need to pop out 2-3 shutters to gain access to the 3 screws holding the camera in. Can't remember if both sides need shutters to be removed. You simply warp them and they pop out (once the grille assembly is removed). I was able to change the emblem in under 20 minutes start to finish but I'd done it before.

It's the same camera the mirrors use. Failures do occur, just not often. I have a spare

I noticed today, that when my front sensor would go off, a white background with a gray truck outline would pop up with green showing which sensor is going off. This would display for a second and then the camera display showed.

Anyone seen that before?

Hi there! Would you send us a private message with your VIN and dealership name and location? I’d like to look into this concern on my end.
