Yes I was confused how you were not able to return or exchange because thought you bought from a dealer who was being a dick. Through online you should be able to return like every website maybe a restocking fee but I doubt it if the VIN check failed you.

I get same thing on that website because I have 360 cameras it doesn't want me to buy the black emblems for camera. It doesn't even show up in search I have to search the proper part number.
I decided not to get it anyway because of all the work involved to remove grill. I don't hate Ford blue that much.

I should've known better after they listed 4 different kinds of "compatible" tow mirrors with every BLIS and power option AND sent me B pillar covers for a Crew Cab. I spent a good 45 minutes trying to puzzle piece the incorrect B-pillar covers on to my truck because the front ones are the same between Crew Cab and SCrew but the rears aren't, finally admitting that it was just the wrong part. At least the LED strip actually has a text bar that makes fitment clear; the B-pillar covers text basically says nothing.
